I went to Foley today after a snowstorm to visit a client, there was a red truck with a young male plowing the streets, no lights, going the wrong way North in my southbound lane on the post office Road. I had to swerve to the other lane to avoid hitting him head on. He was driving reckless, too fast and going the wrong way with no caution lights or anything. Just for your information.
